Management Team

Steve Shefveland - Founder, President and CEO
Steve is a 20-year sales and marketing veteran of the outsourced call center, information technology, and business services world. He is responsible for all aspects of strategic direction, revenue generation, financing, partner and channel development, and client acquisition. Prior to founding Tree Rings, Steve also founded Ashesi Global Services and was Chief Marketing Officer for Rising Data, two offshore outsourcing companies. Previously, Steve worked for Allconnect, an Atlanta based call center company, as Vice President of New Market Development where he helped grow revenues, develop customers and partnerships, and helped manage global operations.  He brings with him a host of business experience including P&L, multi-million dollar sales and contract negotiations, business development call center operations, start up experience and general outsourced call center marketing experience.  He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing and Public Relations from Pacific Lutheran University.

Dave Boskee – Chief Operating Officer
Dave has 27 years of leadership experience in the call center industry.  His call center operations background has enabled him to build world-class organizations delivering outsourced customer care, telesales, telemarketing and technical support services in multiple languages to consumers and businesses via the telephone, email, chat and other communications channels.  With a focus on customer satisfaction, Dave oversees Tree Rings contact center and customer service operations.  Previously, Dave was Senior Director of Global Operations for Captaris, Vice President of Customer Service for OTG and prior to that was one of the “original 5” that started Storage Networks.  He holds a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Jim Quigley – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jim brings more than 22 years of technology sales and marketing experience to his role. Jim has successfully launched 27 brands, products and services at Fortune 50 and startup companies. Prior to joining Tree Rings, Jim was the Managing Partner at Relqua, a boutique B2B sales and marketing agency. Previously, Jim was the President of Allconnect, an Atlanta based call center company serving millions of consumers. Prior to Allconnect, Jim was a Sales and Marketing Manager for GE Capital IT Solutions where he was responsible for selling technology solutions to corporate America. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
