Boomers and seniors require specialized care to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, service and successful “up sells/cross sells”. Our model matches experienced boomer and senior call center representatives with your boomer and senior customers with the goal of driving customer satisfaction and higher revenues. To communicate effectively with the senior market, agents must be patient, have excellent listening and communications skills. Our agents are all US based, of the same generation as your customers, and they relate to the same “life” issues as your customers.
